Thank you for visiting our new web site. While the financial markets and national economy roil in fear, uncertainty and doubt Apex Properties has continued it’s relentless march toward providing all of our clients the highest possible value, at the lowest possible cost. In fact, despite the dismal economic forecast these are exciting times at Apex Investment Properties. We recently hired a new administrative assistant, Karen Talbert. Dawn Veino has moved to property management full time and we’re considering starting an in-house HVAC Service and Construction division. Recessions have always provided unique opportunities to acquire real estate assets. In fact many of the properties we manage for investors were acquired as “distressed properties”. Rest assured, when the opportunity arises we’ll be ready capitalize. While we’re always on the look out for new business we pride ourselves on being straight forward and upfront. If we don’t see a good fit between your needs and our capabilities we’ll tell you that and recommend a better choice.
In 1994 I decided to leave the security of a full time job and ventured out on my own. After 14 years I think I’ve started to create a sustainable company that can deliver exceptional results consistently. We won’t promise to make our clients happy all the time or our investors millionaires overnight. We will however promise to always put the interests of our clients first and always act with the highest levels of professionalism, honesty and integrity. Much of the success we’ve enjoy the past 3 years is directly attributed to the solid management team we’ve developed. Mike Lanney our VP of Operations has done a tremendous job of starting our property services division and managing our construction management division. Rob Beland our VP of Sales and Leasing has single handily transformed our sales and leasing division and worked tirelessly on our new web site and overall marketing plan. In a mere 18 months Dawn Veino has gone from a new hire to the lead property manager for 2 of our flagship accounts.
After many years of struggling to find a sustainable niche we are on track to being able to provide a single source, single cost solution to large and small investors that want to own commercial real estate. We won’t accomplish this goal with much fan fare or media attention but we will show up for work every day with lunch box mentality and we are completely and totally engaged in our work.
